monitor a variety of wire services, publications, and congressional-
and agency-based reporting services to provide specific issue-related
alerts transmitted by email or fax so that clients have immediate
access to information as it becomes available.

Knowing what specific opportunities and schedules exist in the
federal marketplace is the key to positioning a client effectively
in the procurement process. We provide an "opportunities
analysis" and identify the right department or agency that
would best fit the client's product or service for contracting.

We can prepare client testimony for presentation before congressional
committees. Careful preparation of testimony is vital to framing
