A native of South Korea, Youna has been educated in Korea, Japan, France, and U.S.
Youna received a B.S. in International Politics from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service (magna cum laude). Her concentration was in International Law, Institutions, and Ethics. Youna also received a certificate in Women’s and Gender Studies.
Youna speaks fluent Korean, French, and Japanese.
