 ANDREW KOCH JOINS SCRIBE STRATEGIES & ADVISORS TO LEAD NEW DEFENSE, HOMELAND SECURITY CONSULTING DIVISION
 (WASHINGTON) --- Scribe Strategies & Advisors has announced the formation of a new Defense and Homeland Security consulting practice with the addition of Andrew Koch as Senior Vice President.
Koch will be responsible leading Scribe’s defense and homeland security consulting activities, focusing on providing corporate and government clients with strategic planning services, acquisition and policy support, and identification of new business opportunities.

Having held several senior positions in journalism and non-governmental think-tanks, Andrew Koch’s wide-ranging background offers clients a unique perspective on topics as diverse as defense and homeland security acquisition, policy, and weapons proliferation.
Prior to joining Scribe Strategies, Koch was the Washington Bureau Chief for Jane's Defence Weekly, the leading global defense publication. He headed up their coverage of defense markets and policies in the United States and Western Hemisphere and was also their primary editorial expert on strategic issues, U.S. defense procurement, and intelligence matters. He continues to write a column for Jane’s as Contributing Strategic Editor.
